They are rich yes, but not wealthy.

Many people become wealthy from investments. This is one of the most popular ways to become wealthy, but it takes some discipline and a steep learning curve. If you aren’t careful, you could lose everything. There are plenty of ways to invest your money.

Stock Market

The stock market is over a hundred years old. Many believe that it is a mysterious and random fluctuation of numbers and figures, but there is some method to it’s madness. The same cycles repeat year after year, and believe it or not you can learn to recognize them and capitalize on them.

Generally speaking, companies whose stock tends to up in price are companies that are doing well in business, and are expected to do well in business for some time. You can tell how well a company is doing by looking at it’s sales, and it’s earnings per share. However, these figures alone won’t tell you much.

It’s important to look at a companies growth. This means checking their current sales to the sales a year ago, and the year before that. If sales are consistently growing, then the company is doing well.

Also, the earnings per share, or EPS should be consistently growing as well. When both EPS and sales have been growing for some time, then you might have a winner on your hands.

You can also check what the projected sales figures are and the projected EPS are for the coming years. This can give you an indication of how much the stock might grow in a few years.

FOREX

The forex market is also a place where you can make considerable wealth. However, there is no way to select currencies by their underlying fundamentals, as you can with stocks. When trading forex, you’ve got to rely on technical trading indicators which are difficult to master.

However, with sufficient discipline, you can master the forex markets. And make quite a bit of money.
